Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager is a senior oversight role for reach52's India entities. The incumbent reviews and signs off on the work produced by the Finance Assistant, owns all regulatory and reporting obligations, and translates financial data into intelligence for leadership. Day-to-day processing sits with the Finance Assistant. .

What you'll do

• Governance, Controls & Review
• Review and approve payment batches, journal entries, accruals, and period-end adjustments before execution or close
• Maintain a monthly close checklist covering statutory deadlines, payroll approval, budget submissions, and reporting packs
• Oversee the India general ledger; resolve discrepancies and set documentation and escalation standards for the Finance Assistant
• Statutory Compliance & Audit

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Statutory audit
• GST
• TDS
• Transfer pricing
• FEMA
• Compliance
• MCA or Chartered Accountant
