About the role

Responsible for the day to day running of the Defence Section Financial Account and all finance related governance and compliance aspects of the Defence Section with accountability to Office Manager New Delhi and DBS Finance staff, London. Manage the DA’s outer office, including diary, inbox, travel and documentary assistance as required by the DA.

• Support the wider Defence Section in the successful delivery of the UK/India Bi-Lateral Military Engagement programme
• Provide support to Defence Section staff with inward and outward visits, travel arrangements and all payments related matters
• Maintain defence section cash holdings via offline COM system requirements
