Finance Operations-SCO-Proc-Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Consultant with 3 years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or supply chain roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn procurement processes, tactical Sourcing, familiarity with ERP/procurement tools, and the ability to support high volume operational tasks in a global managed services environment.

What you'll do

• Support day to day procurement operations for global clients
• Perform transactional procurement activities including PR to PO processing, basic contract administration support, supplier onboarding and foundational spend analysis
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, timely service delivery and continuous process improvement
• Execute PO amendments, updates, and closure activities as directed, ensuring proper documentation and approval routing
• Track order status, follow up with suppliers on delivery, advance shipping notices, and assist with initial issue resolution
