Finance Operations - SCO - Proc - Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with 5–7+ years of proven experience in procurement operations, preferably within managed services or global business services. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience in PR‑to‑PO processes, Tactical sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding and performance (KPIs) tracking, and procurement analytics.

What you'll do

• Contribute to high‑quality procurement service delivery for global clients within a managed‑services environment
• Support core procurement operations across PR‑to‑PO processing, contract administration, supplier management and spend analytics
• Create, amend, and release purchase orders (PO) ensuring alignment with preferred suppliers, catalogs, contracts, and sourcing guidelines
• Manage order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, shipment tracking, and resolve receiving/invoice issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Support operational sourcing activities such as spot buys, supplier quote collection, and event preparation for category teams
