About the role

The Finance Team is seeking an experienced professional who can support the accounting and operations within the Employee Capital Services (“ECS”) team, which is a new team at KKR.

What you'll do

  • Prepare discretionary capital activity including capital calls, distributions and borrowings
  • Record associated journal entries in Investran
  • Maintain all relevant financial reports, including quarter end realized activity and remaining commitment schedules
  • Monitor employee leverage programs, producing line of credit reporting and satisfying reporting obligations with lenders/banks
  • Prepare allocation of carried interest payments for KKR executives and associated reporting
