Finance Subs Controllership

About the role

Lead cross functional teams, responsible for all accounting-related activities and assist with the preparation & overseeing financial reports in line with applicable accounting standards & regulatory framework. Development of understanding of complex transaction by linking them to applicable IFRS/IAS and Influence senior leaders in setting direction through insightful variance analysis to achieve corporate goals.

What you'll do

• Primarily responsible for accounting operations including preparation of periodic financial statements/ reports/disclosures
• Ensure the books comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards
• Ensure timely closure of all audits, internal or external and timely filing of all statutory reports
• Responsible for assessing the risk and control environment across processes at regular intervals and ensure comprehensive set of controls are in place to mitigate risk
• Works closely with other functions including payroll, operation & asset management, vendor management & payment, taxation, treasury etc. to ensure smooth operations
