We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our growing Finance Team to help us in cash applications and collections.

What you'll do

• Overseeing the workflow of the Assistants and Coordinators in Collections Team
• Tracking the turn-around time for inboxes, refunds, AR Credits and iVanti tickets
• Managing unallocated follow-up and creating the report on weekly basis and escalate when needed
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Cash Applications, Cash Management, Client Services, and Billing Team

What you need

• 5–8 years in finance, audit & banking
• Excel
• Treasury
• Collections
• SOP writing
• Accounts receivable
• Accounting
• CMA or MBA or M.Com or B.Com

Good to have

• SAP
