Finance Technology Records Management & Workforce Strategy / Governance - Senior Vice President

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader at the Senior Vice President level to lead Business Management, Delivery Governance, Workforce Strategy, Records Management and Operational Controls across Finance Technology Shared Services. In this role, you will partner directly with Global Heads, Managing Directors, and senior technology leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable operational plans.

What you'll do

• Delivery & Operational Governance
• Establish and run the operational governance framework for projects delivered from India across Finance Technology Shared Services
• Enforce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, quality assurance practices, and delivery controls
• Organize and manage governance forums, calendars, agendas, management papers, and executive reviews
• Workforce Planning & Resource Management
