Financial Analyst - FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst – FP&A to help leadership make smarter financial decisions through accurate reporting, forecasting, and business analysis. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, Accounting Manager, and external consultants to analyze company performance, build financial reports, monitor profitability, and support strategic planning across multiple business locations.

What you'll do

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, margins, and EBITDA
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership
• Analyze business performance across multiple locations and identify trends
• Monitor profitability and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance

What you need
