About the role

We are seeking a techno-functional finance professional with a strong FP&A background and expertise in Power BI, automation, dashboards, and process improvement. This role will support reporting transformation initiatives while delivering critical financial and operational insights to leadership.

What you'll do

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial, labor, proposal, and operational reports
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through technology-enabled solutions
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights
  • Support forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews
