About the role

We are looking for smart and talented people who will add on to our collective energy and share the same excitement in making Multiplier a big deal.

What you'll do

  • Monthly Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow
  • Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and product-wise performance)
  • Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs
  • Track key business metrics relevant to EOR operations (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins)
