Financial Business Analyst 01– Order Management / Quote-to-Order

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst 1 to support Oracle Health Customer Entitlement Services. In this role, you will research customer inventories, validate license entitlements, support license migration activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely customer entitlement delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Deal Management, Pricing, Finance
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor request volumes, identify trends, and provide operational insights to support management decisions
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation
• Complete required process certifications
