Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Finance as a Service

About the role

The RSM Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) practice is actively hiring for BlackLine Administrator and Optimization. These positions will be responsible for the support and administration of the deployment, adoption, optimization and ongoing operation of the BlackLine solution, including journal entries, account reconciliations, matching, variance analysis, compliance and financial close tasks modules.

What you'll do

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using BlackLine
• System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up to date with BlackLine software updates and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights to support financial decision-making
• Develop collaborative relationships with partnering teams and stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities
• System process flow and requirements

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Month-end close
• MIS reporting
• Budgeting
• Excel
• Accounting
• Customer service
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or Chartered Accountant or MBA
