Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Finance as a Service

What you'll do

• Award set-up & maintenance. Set up and maintain awards in the client's system — award terms, period of performance, budget lines, funder codes
• Process grant-coded transactions: allocations of payroll, fringe and shared costs; grant-specific AP/AR; journal entries; cost transfers with documented justification
• Prepare funder financial reports and invoices across federal, state, local, foundation and corporate templates
• Prepare drawdown and reimbursement requests through the applicable funder portals and reconcile them to the general ledger
• Test costs against the allowable, allocable and reasonable standard, monitor budget versus actual by line, flag over-runs, expiring funds and unallowable costs

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or B.Com or B.Tech or B.E.
