Financial Consulting Supervisor - Technical Accounting Consulting

About the role

The role includes supervising Associates and Senior Associates, reviewing technical analyses and deliverables, coordinating project activities, and supporting client engagements involving complex financial instruments, business combinations, implementation of new accounting standards, capital-market readiness, and audit readiness.

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day activities across one or more TAC engagement workstreams for U.S. based public and private clients
• Plan and coordinate assigned work, monitor milestones and budgets, and communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to engagement leadership
• Research accounting guidance, develop preliminary conclusions on complex accounting matters and discuss significant judgments with engagement leadership
• Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda, workbooks, financial statement disclosures, disclosure checklists, and other client deliverables for accuracy
• Provide coaching, timely feedback, and technical guidance to Associates and Senior Associates; review their work and support their development
