Financial Controller

About the role

This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the incumbent to build processes from inception while ensuring ongoing operational excellence. The role serves as the senior finance representative for the country. Lead end-to-end financial accounting for all India entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial results.

What you'll do

• Manage statutory audits, corporate tax filings, GST, transfer pricing, and Companies Act compliance in partnership with external advisors
• Oversee payroll-related statutory requirements including TDS, PF, gratuity, and labour law compliance
• Financial Operations & Process Excellence
• Establish scalable processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury operations, banking, and reconciliations
• Support settlements and operational finance processes in coordination with global teams
