About the role

Qualified CA is mandatory. Up to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Core Accounting functions. Experience within fintech, technology, product-led, internet, or high-growth startup environments preferred. Experience handling high-volume transactions and fast-paced business environments.

What you'll do

• Build scalable finance processes with direct founder exposure
• Lead the end-to-end USGAAP finance controllership function, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reporting
• Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and other financial reviews
