Financial Controller, Manager- Finance & Accounts

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 8 to 12 years of finance and accounts experience. Proven experience managing end-to-end finance functions. A permanent role in the power transmission industry. Opportunities to lead and grow within the finance function.

What you'll do

• Drive finance strategy for high-value infrastructure projects
• Oversee financial accounting, project cost tracking, asset capitalisation, revenue recognition, and financial reporting under Ind AS
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, and working capital optimisation
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax compliance, audits, assessments, and relationships with regulatory authorities
