Financial Controller

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Qualified CA (or equivalent) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience. Prior exposure to consulting environments and/or service-based businesses is preferred. Sound knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, taxation, and audit processes. Self-motivated professional with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Own financial reporting, compliance & finance process excellence
• Lead transformation, automation & finance excellence initiatives
• Lead end-to-end finance controllership, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and governance
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Drive statutory, internal, and tax audits while strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks
