What you'll do

• Project creation in Oracle and project status changes
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data for project establishment, including project scope, budgets, timelines
• Assist with development of project objectives by reviewing project proposals (or Cost Time Resource CTR’s sheets) and confirming the project plans with technical leads
• Establish and ongoing management of the data storage of all project documentation including purchase orders, invoices and other financial documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project establishment in Oracle, coordinating with IT support and Oracle administrators as needed
