About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director – Transaction Services, Financial Services to join our Transaction Services practice in Gurugram. This is a senior Financial Services specialist role focused on financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions , working alongside Interpath's global deal teams.

What you'll do

• Act as the senior Financial Services specialist on transaction engagements, working under the direction of the engagement leader
• Own the analysis of a target's earnings, balance sheet, capital and funding position
• Apply Financial Services sector knowledge across relevant business models
• Work with actuarial, regulatory and capital specialists and bring their input together into a coherent financial view
• Interpret findings and assess implications for pricing, deal structure, capital, solvency and the sale and purchase agreement
