Financial Market Sales Manager

About the role

As a Financial Market Sales Manager in the Wholesale Banking division at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for driving sales of financial market products—including FX, interest rates, and derivatives—to corporate clients and financial institutions. Based in Bangalore, this role requires a strong understanding of treasury and transaction banking solutions, client relationship management, and market dynamics.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial market sales targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and financial institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and cross-sell treasury products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized financial solutions
