Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

We're hiring an FP&A Lead to own planning, modelling and performance analysis across our markets. You'll build the models behind decisions on fleet, pricing, unit economics and funding, and turn raw data into clear recommendations for leadership, the board and investors. This is a hands-on lead role with high visibility and real ownership.

What you'll do

• Management and board reporting: Own the weekly management update, monthly performance packs and quarterly board materials
• Process improvement: Automate and improve reporting workflows; build templates that scale as we grow

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• FP&A
• Financial statements
• Financial modelling
• Data modelling
• Reporting
• Variance analysis
• B.Com or MBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
