Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

In this high-impact leadership role, you will develop financial models that guide critical decisions around pricing, fleet management, unit economics, and funding strategies. You will translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership, board members, and investors.

What you'll do

• Financial Planning and Modelling: Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models covering annual budgets, rolling forecasts, unit economics, fleet ownership
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis across markets, identify performance drivers, evaluate financial risks
• Management and Board Reporting: Own weekly management updates, monthly financial performance reports, and quarterly board presentations
• Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate with Operations, Supply, Growth, and Product teams to evaluate pricing strategies, fleet utilization
• Reporting Automation and Process Improvement: Streamline recurring reporting activities, develop standardized templates
