About the role

In this crucial role, you’ll support ongoing portfolio lifecycle management activities across our Funds Financing portfolio, which includes Subscription Lines, Hybrids and GP Financing in both Europe and the US You’ll work closely with client-facing teams, Trading and other NatWest Markets functions, supporting the ongoing monitoring of transactions and helping to further develop the front-to-back monitoring and data architecture for the portfolio

What you'll do

• As a Financing & Risk Solutions Associate, you will be supporting the effective management of transactions to make sure that all activities are in line with the bank’s…
• Additionally, you’ll be preparing analysis, pitching materials, term sheets, post-transaction reviews and other documentation to support origination activities
• Also be assisting with client deep dives, navigating the sales coverage teams and gathering feedback from internal client touchpoints
• Preparing pitch-books including investor presentations, analysing market dynamics, identifying market trends, generating trade ideas and other marketing materials
• Preparing corporate finance advisory materials and models covering the US technology space
