What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end construction execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and monitor cost, quality, and productivity metrics
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Construction
• MS Project
• Safety management
• Primavera
• Project management
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• MIS reporting
