What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end validation of cost optimization opportunities (rightsizing, idle resource clean-up, storage optimization) - not just flagging them
• Act as the technical liaison with engineering/tech teams when recommendations are challenged or denied
• Independently prepare and distribute regular cloud cost and usage reports, proactively surfacing anomalies or trends rather than waiting to be asked
• Drive daily follow-up on open optimization opportunities - ownership means nothing sits stale in a tracker; you chase it until it’s implemented
• Execute optimizations directly: rightsizing, terminating idle resources, scheduling non-prod resources, applying storage lifecycle policies

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
