About the role

This incumbent owns Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) team’s enterprise data and analytics agenda, looking at data holistically to advise leadership across EOX teams on a cross-functional basis. The role sets direction for analytics strategy, resolves competing priorities across initiatives, and ensures consistent governance and delivery discipline.

• Personally lead execution on select high-priority or complex analytics initiatives, modeling delivery standards for the team by example
• Own outcomes across the EOX data and analytics agenda; synthesize data across teams to identify opportunities to assess, evolve, and redesign work and inform investment
• Manage dependencies, conflicts, and trade-offs across analytics initiatives and pods; establish reporting cadences, decision forums, and delivery standards
• Partner with senior leaders to shape enterprise-wide decisions on data strategy, data design, analytics tooling, and data governance standards across EOX teams
