Fixed Asset Accountant – Senior Process Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fixed Asset Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting, project accounting, and general ledger operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, project capitalization, prepaid expenses, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

What you'll do

• Execute monthly depreciation runs, validate calculations, and ensure accurate asset accounting and timely closure
• Project Accounting and Capitalization: Manage project setup, cost tracking, project budgets, and capital expenditure monitoring in Oracle Projects
• Review capitalizable costs, monitor Construction Work in Progress (CWIP) balances, and ensure timely capitalization and transfer of eligible project costs to Fixed Assets
• Prepaid and Accrual Accounting: Manage prepaid expense schedules, monthly amortization, accrual calculations, reversals, and adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accurate expense recognition and period-end cut-off
