Fixed Income BI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in QlikSense and Power BI to join our Pune-based analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end BI solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in QlikSense and Power BI
• Build robust data models to support business reporting requirements
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into central BI platforms
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and ease of use
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
