About the role

We're looking for energetic and qualified Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Hyderabad. If you have a good network of 2W & 3W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform. You must be based in Manikonda - Hyderabad or nearby locations.

What you'll do

  • Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues
  • Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time

What you need

  • 2–6 yrs of experience
