Fleet Operations Officer - JR251

About the role

To provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Fleet Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day vessel activities.

What you'll do

• Voyage monitoring and follow-up. Monitor and keep track on vessel’s stoppages, and breach notification, etc., and follow-up on FSMC requirements
• Preparation of guidance and routine communications with vessels
• Prepare and distribute essential notices and guidance to the vessel, conveying port and cargo safety operations, including port cautionary notices
• System and data management. Update and maintain data in various operational systems, ensuring accurate entries and records
• Coordinate various inspections and surveys, including SIRE and RightShip inspections, cargo and insurance-related surveys, canine stowaway searches, PMSC arrangement
