About the role

Food and Beverage - Apprentice at AccorHotel. Outlet Operations.

What you'll do

  • Assist the F&B team with opening and closing side duties as instructed
  • Support the team in setting tables, side stations, and service areas as per hotel standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the assigned workstation before and during operations
  • Welcome and assist guests courteously under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in serving food and beverages as per established service standards
