Food and Beverage Controller

About the role

The Beverage Controller is responsible for controlling and monitoring all beverage inventories, costs, purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuance activities within the Food & Beverage Division. The role ensures proper stock management, minimizes losses, supports profitability objectives, and maintains compliance with financial and operational procedures.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee
• Responsible for controlling and monitoring all beverage inventories, costs, purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuance activities within the Food & Beverage Division

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Hospitality
• Financial analysis
• Costing
• Diploma or BBA
