Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and special events, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences Supervise, train, and mentor banquet staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional conduct throughout all events Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including contracts, timelines, floor plans, and service specifications

What you'll do

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and special events, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise, train, and mentor banquet staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional conduct throughout all events
• Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including contracts, timelines, floor plans, and service specifications
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout all banquet functions
