About the role

Apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at FAMBO INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED.

What you'll do

• Assist in preparing vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them according to standard styles like dicing, slicing, and julienne while minimizing wastage
• Follow daily prep schedules and support kitchen pre-preparation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting areas, tools, and workstations, and ensure proper storage using FIFO and cold storage guidelines
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety practices (handwashing, gloves, hairnets, apron) and use knives safely
