Food Safety Auditor

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all our kitchens and facilities. You will conduct audits, monitor processes, and ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, ISO, and GFSI standards while maintaining detailed documentation and corrective action logs.

What you'll do

• Audit & Compliance: Conduct thorough walkthroughs of restaurants to evaluate sanitation, pest control, equipment maintenance, and food handling practices
• Audit Execution: Conduct 20 main days’ audits and maintain accurate audit logs and records
• Be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all our kitchens and facilities

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
