About the role

The Principal Scientist, OTC Formulation is a individual-contributor technical authority responsible for shaping formulation strategy and resolving complex technical challenges across OTC consumer healthcare development programs.

What you'll do

• Formulation and Product Development
• Define formulation strategy and technical development approach for complex OTC products across relevant consumer healthcare categories
• Translate consumer, commercial, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing requirements into robust target product profiles and formulation strategies
• Provide senior technical leadership for dosage-form design, pre-formulation, excipient selection, active compatibility, product performance
• Resolve complex formulation challenges including palatability, dose delivery, solubility, dissolution, rheology, microbial robustness, preservative effectiveness

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Chemistry
• Any graduate
