FOS Collection Executive

About the role

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage and recover debts while maintaining a positive customer experience. The executive will work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and develop tailored repayment plans. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient debt recovery processes.

What you'll do

• Manage and recover debts from FOS customers, ensuring timely and accurate collections
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
• Negotiate and develop repayment plans tailored to each customer's financial situation
• Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential risks and take proactive measures
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and operations, to ensure smooth debt recovery processes

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
