FOS Collection Executive

About the role

As a FOS Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely collection of EMI payments. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support. Your main focus will be on visiting customer addresses and collecting EMI payments via online, cheque, or cash methods.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely collection of EMI payments
• Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
• Handle a portfolio of X bucket customers who have failed to pay EMI on the due date
• Visit customer addresses (home, office) to collect EMI payments

What you need

• 20–30 yrs of experience
• Collections
• Diploma
