What you'll do

• Be responsible for visiting customer addresses, collecting payment updates, and maintaining accurate records
• Visit customer addresses as assigned, ensuring a professional and courteous approach
• Collect payment updates, including cash, checks, or other agreed-upon methods
• Record and update customer payment information on our portal promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
