Fos - Collection

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of FOS - Collection, responsible for efficiently managing collections and providing reminders for EMI payments. This position is ideal for those who thrive on building customer relationships while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do

• Contact customers for collection of outstanding payments and provide EMI reminders
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet collection targets and contribute to overall team success
• Assist in identifying potential accounts for recovery through effective communication

• 0–2 years in customer support & success
• Customer service
• Communication
• Class 12
