About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

What you'll do

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined TAT
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests or unresolved issues

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Communication
• Any graduate
