About the role

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO as a force-multiplier and strategic partner. This is a high-impact role at the centre of Aspora’s operations, responsible for driving critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and amplifying the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team.

What you'll do

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional projects. Depending on the company priority, this could mean launching a new product
• Diagnose organisational bottlenecks and architect scalable processes to support our rapid growth. This could include Org design, OKR and goal-setting frameworks
• Build and maintain analytics that track north-star metrics and granular project KPIs. Monitor key performance metrics across all functions and projects to analyze data
• Facilitate communication across departments, break down silos, and ensure everyone is marching in the same direction on key initiatives
• Support fundraising or strategic partnership discussions by owning market research, financial analysis, and due diligence preparation

What you need
