Founder’s Office Intern

About the role

We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office. This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1)—and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution.

What you'll do

• Work directly with the Founder’s Office on high-priority business operations projects
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build simple, scalable processes to solve them
• Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve team efficiency
• Support in setting up & scaling recruiting operations across the US market
• Take on ambiguous problems where there is no predefined playbook
