Founder's Office - New Initiatives & Execution

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on operator to work directly with our CEO on initiatives that unlock GreyLabs AI’s next phase of growth. You will take new products from 0 to 1, pilot pricing models and turn new revenue opportunities into measurable business outcomes. You will own initiatives from the initial idea through customer discovery, experimentation, launch and evaluation.

What you'll do

• New product launches. Identify customer problems, validate demand, define the initial offering and work with Product
• Pricing experiments. Develop and pilot pricing and packaging models. Assess customer willingness to pay, adoption, revenue and profitability
• Identify underserved use cases, customer segments and expansion opportunities
• Build the business case, test commercial assumptions and work with Sales to convert validated opportunities into revenue
• Client discovery and pilots. Spend time onsite with clients to understand workflows, collect feedback and data, and drive pilots with clear objectives

What you need
