About the role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and execution, and is ideal for someone who has thrived in the ambiguity and pace of a startup environment. You will act as an internal entrepreneur, taking ideas from zero-to-one, using data to validate direction, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to get things done.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Founder and leadership team to identify, scope and prioritise new business initiatives, and own them end-to-end from ideation to execution
• Build the business case, data models and success metrics for new initiatives; track performance rigorously and course-correct using data-driven insights
• Drive deep-dive analyses on business performance, market opportunities and operational gaps to surface actionable recommendations for leadership
• Act as the connective tissue across functions – Category, Operations, Growth, Tech, Finance and City teams – to align stakeholders and unblock execution
• Set up dashboards, reports and review cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into new initiatives and key business metrics
