About the role

You will support strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional operations, lead research and industry mapping, and contribute to new business and revenue-focused projects.

What you'll do

• Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Strategic & Operational Support
• Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to plan, execute, and track strategic and operational initiatives across the organization
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables
• Prepare research-backed briefs, presentations, and reports that support leadership decision-making. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Drive collaboration between departments and verticals to ensure alignment and remove execution bottlenecks
