Founder’s Office: Revenue Operations & Systems (RevOps)

About the role

As a member of our BizOps team reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder, whose portfolio spans Business Operations and Product Operations, you will operate at the intersection of operations, finance, and GTM as a trusted problem solver and thought partner to teams across the business. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for an experienced individual contributor who enjoys solving hard problems and building systems that work.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify problems in our revenue workflows, recommend what matters most and own improvements through to measurable results
• Own and improve core revenue workflows, including lead routing, opportunity management, renewals and the handoffs between teams
• Understand our CRM and connected systems well enough to find the cause of issues, fix them safely and prevent them from recurring
• Keep revenue data reliable. Define metrics clearly, reconcile conflicting records and build reporting people can use to make decisions
• Support pipeline reviews, forecasting and quarterly planning with accurate inputs, clear risks and useful recommendations
