Founder's Office

About the role

You’ll work closely with the founders on some of the most important problems at the company. There isn’t a fixed lane for this role. What you work on will depend on what the company needs at the time. That could mean figuring out why a product isn’t growing, launching a new product or market, improving an internal process, working with customers, researching a new opportunity, or taking on a project that simply doesn’t have an obvious owner yet.

What you'll do

• Take a new idea from a rough hypothesis to something we can actually test
• Dig into a part of the business that isn’t working well, understand why, and fix it
• Work on growth for an existing product, including talking to customers, improving positioning, running experiments, or helping close important deals
• Research a new market, product, partnership, or business opportunity and decide whether it is worth pursuing
• Build a process or internal tool where none exists today

What you need

• Research
• Any graduate
